First-Time Login

  1. Access ResourceONE® directly via this link: https://labcorp-r1.com. You will typically be directed to the catalog page after login.
  2. On your first login, you will be required to reset the default password. Your new password should include at least two uppercase letters and two numbers.
  3. Read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by clicking "I AGREE."
  4. Set a Security Question and click "Apply Changes."

After initial setup, consider adding a new shipping address. Here's how:

  1. Scroll down, open the address book, and click "+ Add New Address."
  2. Input a new address for shipping in the Edit Address dialog.
  3. Fill in all required fields such as State and Zip, then click "Save." Repeat steps 1 to 3 if you need to add more addresses.

We have made several improvements to the portal:

  1. A more modern, responsive design that works seamlessly across all devices.
  2. An improved user interface that provides enhanced navigation and search capabilities.
  3. The ability to sort the catalog by recently added or updated items.

Mobile vs. Desktop

We have tailored experiences for both mobile and desktop users. Here are some of the key differences:

Mobile
  • A mobile-friendly dropdown menu for easy navigation between pages (Such as this User Guide, a Contact Us link, and Product Categories) as shown below:

  • Seamless browsing with the implementation of "infinite scroll."

  • A single 'Hamburger Menu' (three horizontal lines) consolidates all header menu selections.

Desktop
  • Navigate through categories using the categories list, available by clicking "View All" in the main catalog menu.

  • Menus are split between the 'Hamburger Menu' (three horizontal lines) in the left-hand corner and 'Settings' (gears icon) menu in the right-hand corner.

Catalog

After logging in, you'll be directed to the catalog page. Here, you'll find a variety of products across all categories. Each category page looks similar but displays only specific items assigned to that category or any subcategories, if available. Here are some features to note:

  1. A Search Bar is provided for easy navigation and product search. Refer to the GIF below to see it in action:

    Only the top results will be shown.
    Press the magnifying glass or enter key to see all results.

  2. You can favorite an item from the catalog view by pressing the heart icon on the product card:

  3. Links to contact Customer Service (for inquiries about existing orders) and ResourceONE® Technical Support are readily available in the footer of any page. Here's what it looks like:

Ordering

Ordering a Static Product

  1. Navigate to the product page for details like image preview and minimum order quantity.

  2. You can also favorite the product by clicking the heart icon, as shown below:

  3. Specify the desired quantity and click "Add to Cart," like so:

Checkout

  1. Click on the Cart icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar to start the checkout process.

  2. If you're using a mobile device, a full-screen cart preview will be displayed. To proceed, click "Proceed to Checkout."

    • In the cart view, you can click "Save for later" to temporarily remove items you do not currently need, or add a saved item back to your cart with "Add to cart".

Completing Checkout

  1. Select an existing Shipping Address or add a new one using the "Change" link.

  2. Select a Delivery Method.

  3. Fill in your Department Code and Profit Center in the "Cost Center" fields.

  4. Click "Refresh Order Details." You'll be prompted to correct any invalid details at this stage.

  5. Click "Review and Confirm."

  6. Finally, click "Complete Order."

Customized Products

  1. Navigate to the product page for details like pricing, lead time, and item thumbnail. See the image below for reference:

  2. Click "Customize" to start personalizing the product, as shown here:

Customizing a Product

  1. Fill out the required information in the form. On Desktop browsers, this is on the left side of the page. Check the GIF below:

  2. Preview your entry, as shown here:

  3. Once satisfied, click "Done." If you're using a mobile device, click "Back to customize" in the top left-hand corner first to access the "Done" button. See how it works here:

  4. Confirm your customization, click "Add to Cart," and select your desired quantity. Here's what it looks like:

  5. Your customized product will stay in your cart until you remove it or complete your order, like so:

The Hamburger Menu (three horizontal lines) and the Settings (gears icon) provide various options:

Hamburger Menu

  • Press the Hamburger Menu in the top left-hand corner.
    • On Mobile, the following options are available in a combined menu:
      - Order History
      - Requisition History
      - My Profile
      - Favorites
      - Logout

    • On Desktop, one or more of the following options will be shown in the Hamburger Menu, depending on what is available to you or your division.

Settings Menu

  • On Desktop, more options can be found in the Settings Menu in the top right-hand corner:
    • My Profile
    • Favorites
    • Logout

History

Order History

You can view the details of orders you're permitted to see, such as your own or those of users for whom you are an approver. Simply click on the Order Number, as shown below:

Requisition History

You can view the details of requisitions you're permitted to see, such as your own or those of users for whom you are an approver. Simply click on the Requisition Number, as shown below:

Profile

This is where you can view and edit your address book, update your password, or change your security question.

Favorites

In the Favorites section, you can view and manage all your favorite products. This area serves as a personalized category page, displaying only those items you've marked as your favorites. Here's how to use it:

  1. Access the Favorites section by clicking on the "Favorites" option in either the Hamburger Menu or the Settings Menu, depending on your device.

    • On Mobile, press the Hamburger Menu in the top left-hand corner and then select "Favorites."

    • On Desktop, click on the Settings Menu (gears icon) in the top right-hand corner and then select "Favorites."

  2. Once you're in the Favorites section, you'll see all the products you've previously marked as favorites.

  3. You can browse through your favorites just like you would in the catalog. Click on any product card to view more details or to add the product to your cart.

  4. If you want to remove a product from your favorites, simply click on the heart icon on the product card. The icon will change, indicating that the product is no longer a favorite.

Remember, the Favorites section is a great way to quickly access the products you love without having to search through the entire catalog.

Logout

To log out of your ResourceONE® account, simply press "Logout," as shown below:

Troubleshooting

If you're experiencing issues with the ResourceONE® portal, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often help. Below are instructions for major desktop and mobile browsers. Note: These steps will remove cache and cookies but not your browsing history.

Desktop

Google Chrome (Desktop)

  1. Click the three-dot icon in the top right corner.
  2. Navigate to "More tools" > "Clear browsing data."
  3. In the "Time range" dropdown, select "All time."
  4. Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
  5. Click "Clear data."

Mozilla Firefox (Desktop)

  1. Click the three-line icon in the top right corner.
  2. Navigate to "Options" > "Privacy & Security."
  3. In the "Cookies and Site Data" section, click "Clear Data."
  4. Check "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content."
  5. Click "Clear."

Safari (Desktop)

  1. Click "Safari" in the menu bar, then select "Preferences."
  2. Click the "Privacy" tab.
  3. Click "Manage Website Data."
  4. Click "Remove All," then confirm by clicking "Remove Now."

Microsoft Edge (Desktop)

  1. Click the three-dot icon in the top right corner.
  2. Navigate to "Settings" > "Privacy, search, and services."
  3. Under "Clear browsing data," click "Choose what to clear."
  4. Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
  5. Click "Clear."

Mobile

Google Chrome (Mobile)

  1. Tap the three-dot icon in the top right corner.
  2. Navigate to "History" > "Clear browsing data."
  3. Check "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files."
  4. Tap "Clear data."

Safari (Mobile)

  1. Open the Settings app and scroll down to "Safari."
  2. Tap "Advanced" > "Website Data."
  3. Tap "Remove All Website Data," then confirm.

Firefox (Mobile)

  1. Tap the three-line icon in the bottom right corner.
  2. Navigate to "Settings" > "Data Management."
  3. Check "Cookies" and "Cache."
  4. Tap "Clear Private Data," then confirm.

Microsoft Edge (Mobile)

  1. Tap the three-dot icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Navigate to "Settings" > "Privacy and security" > "Clear browsing data."
  3. Check "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files."
  4. Tap "Clear."

Remember to close and reopen your browser after clearing cache and cookies.
